  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement and communications strategy for HR digital services, in line with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and proactively drive initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
  3. Monitor and analyze HR digital services data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement new digital tools and technologies that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
  5. Create and maintain clear and concise communication materials, such as newsletters, email updates, and presentations, to keep employees informed about HR digital services and any changes or updates.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leadership, IT, and employees, to ensure alignment and support for the continuous improvement and communications strategy.
  7. Conduct training and workshops to educate employees on HR digital services, best practices, and new tools and technologies.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on HR digital services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and making recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
  9. Regularly gather feedback from employees on HR digital services and use this information to drive continuous improvement efforts.
  10. Participate in project teams and initiatives related to HR digital services, providing expert insight and guidance on the employee experience.
  11. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  12. Constantly monitor and evaluate the success of the continuous improvement and communications strategy, making adjustments and improvements as needed to drive positive results.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Human Resources: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Hr, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hr Processes And Practices, As Well As Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Best Practices.

  • Digital Expertise: As A Hr Digital Services - Ci And Comms Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Driving Digital Transformation Within The Hr Department. Therefore, They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Digital Technologies And How They Can Be Leveraged To Improve Hr Processes And Services.

  • Change Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading Change Management Initiatives, Particularly In The Context Of Digital Transformation. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate The Benefits Of Digital Hr Services To Stakeholders And Manage Any Resistance To Change.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, Both Within And Outside The Hr Department. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships And Influence Others.

  • Project Management Experience: The Hr Digital Services - Ci And Comms Lead Will Be Responsible For Managing Various Projects Related To Digital Hr Services. Therefore, They Should Have Proven Project Management Experience, With The Ability To Plan, Execute, And Monitor Projects To Ensure Timely And Successful Completion.
