- Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members in areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent development, and diversity and inclusion.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop HR solutions that support the growth and success of the company.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in the HR industry, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations by staying up-to-date on changes and proactively addressing any issues.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, managers, and vendors.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees and managers.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and evolve HR practices at Schneider Electric.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Consulting, With A Focus On Talent Management And Employee Relations.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, And Experience Implementing Them In A Corporate Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Provide Effective Solutions.
Demonstrated Experience In Project Management, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
