- Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify key areas for improvement within the organization and develop actionable plans to address them.

- Keep abreast of all relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the company.

- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach junior HR team members to support their professional development.
- Act with a sense of urgency and proactively identify and resolve any potential HR issues that may arise.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Consulting, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Practices, And Laws, With Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks Effectively, While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Meeting Deadlines.
