Job Description

As a HR Consultant at Schneider Electric, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and diverse team, providing expert guidance and support in all areas of human resources.   1. Conduct comprehensive audits of current HR policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategic recommendations for implementation.
  2. Provide consultative support to management and employees on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and legal compliance.
  3. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  4. Collaborate with leadership to create and maintain a positive work culture that aligns with the company's values and goals.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on HR best practices, staying up-to-date on industry trends and proactively identifying potential areas of improvement.
  6. Conduct training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, managers, and leaders.
  7. Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  8. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and compliance.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with external partners and vendors, such as recruitment agencies and benefit providers.
  10. Monitor and analyze HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  11. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  12. Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
  13. Mentor and coach junior HR team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Consulting Or A Similar Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Practices And Laws, Including Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Recruitment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Effectively Communicate Hr Strategies.

  • Proven Experience In Project Management, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Meet Tight Deadlines.
