HR Consultant

Schneider Electric is looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our teams on all aspects of human resources. You will work collaboratively with our global HR team and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of HR strategies and initiatives.As an HR Consultant, you must be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an in-depth knowledge of HR best practices. You will need to be a confident and objective decision-maker, with the ability to think strategically and analytically. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work is essential.You will need to possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in an HR role.
