
Graybar District Sales Manager

- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives for the assigned district in collaboration with Graybar to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned district, including potential clients and markets.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular market analysis and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales efforts.
- Represent the company and promote our products and services at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
- Continuously assess and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure that the sales team does the same.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
- Travel to various locations within the assigned district as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Electrical Or Industrial Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing A Team To Do The Same.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Electrical Products, Solutions, And Services, As Well As The Ability To Understand Customer Needs And Provide Tailored Solutions.
