We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable professional who will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks.   1. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining HR files and records, scheduling meetings and interviews, and organizing HR documents.
  2. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and completing exit interviews.
  3. Communicate with employees and managers to answer HR-related questions and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  4. Maintain and update employee information in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  5. Collaborate with the HR team to coordinate and support various HR initiatives and projects.
  6. Conduct research and gather data to support HR decision-making and process improvements.
  7. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR administration and employment.
  8. Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  9. Facilitate employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
  10. Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR communications, such as newsletters, memos, and announcements.
  11. Conduct audits of HR processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR administration to make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as payroll and finance, to ensure accurate and timely HR-related processes.
  15. Serve as a point of contact for external vendors and partners, such as recruitment agencies and background check providers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Hr Administration Role, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Proficient In Hr Software And Microsoft Office Applications, With The Ability To Learn New Systems Quickly.
