  1. Greet and welcome visitors to the office, providing a positive and professional first impression of the company.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed, ensuring that all necessary items are readily available for employees.
  4. Organize and schedule meetings, including coordinating conference room bookings, sending out invites, and preparing materials.
  5. Assist with travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  6. Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  7. Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including managing office equipment and coordinating repairs when needed.
  8. Create and maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
  9. Assist with data entry, report generation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of office operations.
  11. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns related to office operations, escalating to the appropriate parties if necessary.
  12. Continuously look for ways to improve office processes and procedures, making recommendations for efficiency and productivity.
  13. Act as a liaison between employees and management, providing support and addressing any questions or concerns.
  14. Uphold company values and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
