  1. Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with Schneider Electric's mission, vision, and values.
  2. Identify and attract top talent through effective recruitment and sourcing methods.
  3. Design and implement programs to develop and retain high-potential employees.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective onboarding and training programs.
  5. Create and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and industry organizations, to attract top talent and build a strong talent pipeline.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve talent management strategies.
  8. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to managers and leaders on talent management best practices.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by creating opportunities for growth and career advancement for employees.
  11. Lead and manage a team of talent management professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and continually evolve and improve strategies to stay competitive in the market.
  13. Represent Schneider Electric at industry events and conferences to promote our talent management initiatives and attract top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Talent Management, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Evaluation, And Employee Development

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Driving Results In A Fast-Paced, Global Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Talent Management, Including Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams At All Levels Of The Organization.
