Develop and implement global HR strategy in alignment with Schneider Electric's overall business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services to employees across various locations.
Collaborate with other members of the executive team to ensure HR initiatives support the company's goals and objectives.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Oversee all aspects of employee development, including training, performance management, and career progression.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR policies and processes.
Ensure compliance with all local and global labor laws and regulations.
Manage budget and resources to optimize HR services and deliver cost-effective solutions.
Partner with business leaders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and HR networks.
Communicate HR updates, policies, and procedures effectively to all employees.
Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with integrity and discretion.
Participate in global HR projects and initiatives as required.
Continuously monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Hr Experience: A General Manager - Hr Services At Schneider Electric Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Hr Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.
Leadership Skills: As A General Manager, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Hr Professionals And Oversee The Delivery Of Hr Services Across The Company.
