Design, develop, and test firmware for Schneider Electric's products, utilizing the latest technology and techniques
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into efficient and effective firmware solutions
Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions that align with Schneider Electric's mission and values
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in embedded systems, and apply that knowledge to improve our products
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and quality of the firmware
Document and communicate progress, issues, and solutions to team members and supervisors
Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and best practices
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and propose and implement solutions to resolve them
Continuously improve and optimize firmware performance, stability, and user experience
Uphold the company's standards and procedures for software development and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Assembly.
Strong Knowledge Of Firmware Development And Embedded Systems.
Experience With Microcontrollers And Hardware Interfaces.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Protocols For Communication And Data Transfer.
