- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-focused strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide financial expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders, including finance, sales, and operations teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective execution of projects.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessment to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting any key issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies, identifying and addressing any potential compliance risks.
- Monitor and track project expenses, revenue, and profitability, making necessary adjustments to ensure financial targets are met.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to drive individual and team performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management and project leadership, implementing new processes and procedures as necessary.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Financial Or Customer Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Reporting, Budgeting, And Forecasting.
Experience With Project Management Tools And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Waterfall, And Proficiency In Project Management Software.
