  1. Provide on-site technical support for Schneider Electric's Secure Power Cooling HVAC products.
  2. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of cooling systems to ensure reliable operation.
  3. Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for complex technical issues.
  5. Utilize technical expertise to identify and resolve customer concerns and inquiries.
  6. Maintain accurate records of service visits, including detailed reports and documentation of equipment status.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cooling technology to provide innovative solutions to customers.
  8. Comply with all safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Schneider Electric by ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a positive company image.
  10. Travel to different locations as needed to support customers and provide on-site service.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall service experience for customers.
  12. Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of new products and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience In Hvac And Cooling Systems, Including Understanding Of Electrical And Mechanical Components.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Clients And Provide Technical Support.
