  1. Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for Schneider Electric's Secure Power division.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with power and energy equipment.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
  4. Utilize strong technical knowledge to identify and resolve complex problems.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  6. Adhere to company safety procedures and protocols while on job sites.
  7. Maintain accurate records of service calls, including equipment and parts used.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve service delivery.
  9. Represent Schneider Electric in a professional and customer-oriented manner at all times.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  11. Complete all required training and certifications to maintain technical proficiency and stay up-to-date on company products and services.
  12. Travel to various client locations, as needed, to provide on-site service and support.
  13. Work independently and efficiently to meet service deadlines and exceed client expectations.
  14. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential growth opportunities within existing clients.
