Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to customers in the power and electrical industry.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with power and electrical systems in a timely manner.
Conduct on-site visits to customers' locations to assess and address any equipment or service needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Schneider Electric's products, services, and solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and present them to management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Of Power And Electrical Systems: A Field Service Representative Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Power And Electrical Systems, Including Transformers, Switchgears, And Control Panels. This Knowledge Is Necessary To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues In The Field.
Electrical Or Engineering Degree: Many Companies Prefer Candidates With A Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field. This Provides A Solid Foundation In The Principles Of Electricity And Power Systems, Which Is Essential For A Field Service Representative Role.
Experience In Field Service: Previous Experience In A Field Service Role Is Highly Desirable For This Position. This Demonstrates The Ability To Work Independently, Manage Multiple Tasks, And Provide Technical Support To Customers On-Site.
