Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support for their power and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and analyze complex technical issues related to power and electrical equipment.
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on various types of power and electrical systems.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in power and electrical technology.
Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their power and electrical systems.
Produce detailed reports and documentation of work performed and recommendations for improvements.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on customer sites.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Act as a brand ambassador for Schneider Electric and promote our products and services.
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of work performed and communicate any issues or concerns to management.
Represent Schneider Electric with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Knowledge Of Electrical Systems: A Field Service Representative For Schneider Electric Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of Power And Electrical Systems, Including Industrial Control Systems, Switchgear, And Motor Controls.
Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Technical Background And Be Skilled In Troubleshooting, Repairing, And Maintaining Power And Electrical Equipment. They Should Also Be Familiar With The Latest Industry Standards And Codes.
Experience In Field Service: Previous Experience In A Field Service Role, Particularly In The Power And Electrical Industry, Is Highly Desirable. This Includes Experience With On-Site Installations, Commissioning, And Repairs.
Strong Communication Skills: A Field Service Representative Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Explain Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Customer Service Oriented: The Ability To Provide Outstanding Customer Service Is Crucial In This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Handle Customer Inquiries And Complaints Professionally And Efficiently, Ensuring A Positive Customer Experience.
