Providing exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC and cooling systems at customer sites, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.
Conducting regular maintenance and inspections on HVAC and cooling equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
Documenting all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately and thoroughly.
Communicating with customers to schedule service appointments, provide updates on repairs, and answer any questions or concerns.
Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex technical issues and provide the best possible solutions for customers.
Adhering to safety protocols and company policies while working on customer sites.
Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC and cooling technology to provide the most effective solutions to customers.
Maintaining a professional and positive attitude while representing the company and building strong relationships with customers.
Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Job Qualifications

Expertise In Hvac/Cooling Systems: A Qualified Field Service Representative Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge And Experience In Servicing And Troubleshooting Hvac And Cooling Systems. They Should Be Familiar With Different Types Of Equipment And Their Operation, As Well As Common Issues And Solutions.
Technical Skills: This Role Requires Strong Technical Skills, Including The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Schematics, Use Diagnostic Tools, And Perform Repairs And Maintenance On Complex Equipment. Candidates Should Also Have A Solid Understanding Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems.
Customer Service Skills: As A Representative Of Schneider Electric, The Field Service Representative Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers. This Includes The Ability To Listen To Customer Concerns, Provide Solutions, And Maintain A Professional Demeanor In All Interactions.
Time Management And Organizational Skills: Field Service Representatives Must Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively And Prioritize Tasks To Meet Service Deadlines. They Should Also Be Able To Maintain Accurate Records And Documentation, Both For Internal Reporting And Customer Compliance.
