Provide exceptional service and support to customers for their cooling and HVAC systems.
Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure proper functioning of systems.
Assist with installations and upgrades of cooling and HVAC systems.
Keep accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of service requests.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to cooling and HVAC systems.
Adhere to safety regulations and protocols while performing service tasks.
Provide technical guidance and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of their systems.
Maintain inventory of necessary tools and equipment for service calls.
Partner with sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
Represent Schneider Electric in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

Technical Knowledge And Expertise In Cooling And Hvac Systems: The Field Service Representative Must Possess In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Cooling And Hvac Systems, Including Their Components, Functions, And Maintenance Procedures.
Experience In Field Service And Troubleshooting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Providing Field Service And Troubleshooting For Cooling And Hvac Systems. This Includes The Ability To Diagnose And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Efficiently.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Clients, Both On-Site And Remotely. Therefore, Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Essential For Effectively Addressing Clients' Needs And Concerns.
Proficiency In Using Diagnostic Tools And Software: The Field Service Representative Should Have Experience In Using Diagnostic Tools And Software To Assess And Analyze Cooling And Hvac Systems' Performance. This Includes The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Data To Identify Potential Issues.
Time Management And Organizational Skills: Field Service Representatives Often Work On Multiple Projects Simultaneously, So The Ability To Manage Time Effectively And Prioritize Tasks Is Crucial. This Role Also Requires Excellent Organizational Skills To Maintain Accurate Records And Documentation.
