Install, maintain, and repair cooling and HVAC systems at various client sites
Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment
Provide top-notch customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs and concerns
Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects within specified timelines
Adhere to company and industry safety protocols while performing job duties
Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in cooling and HVAC technology
Travel to client sites, sometimes on short notice, to fulfill service requests

Job Qualifications

Technical Knowledge And Expertise In Cooling And Hvac Systems: A Field Service Representative Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Cooling And Hvac Systems, Including Installation, Maintenance, And Troubleshooting.
Relevant Education And Certifications: A Degree Or Certification In A Related Field Such As Mechanical Engineering Or Hvac Technology Is Often Required For This Role. Additional Certifications From Organizations Like The North American Technician Excellence (Nate) Or The National Association Of Home Builders (Nahb) Can Also Be Beneficial.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Field Service Representative, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Regular Basis, So Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.
