Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients' cooling and HVAC systems.
Conduct on-site visits and inspections to assess and address issues with clients' systems.
Utilize knowledge and experience to develop innovative solutions for clients' energy management and automation needs.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and systems.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to provide updates, recommendations, and solutions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in cooling and HVAC systems.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working on clients' systems.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Proactively identify potential issues and provide preventive maintenance recommendations to clients.
Act as a brand ambassador for Schneider Electric, promoting our mission and values.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
Travel to client sites as necessary to provide on-site support and service.
Attend trainings and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to cooling and HVAC systems.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

Relevant Education And Experience: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma And 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Hvac Or Cooling Industry. Additional Training Or Certifications In Hvac Systems And Troubleshooting Would Be Preferred.
Knowledge Of Schneider Electric Products: Familiarity With Schneider Electric's Cooling And Hvac Products, Including Their Installation, Operation, And Maintenance Processes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Hvac Systems, As Well As Knowledge Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Provide High-Quality Service. The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Issues In A Professional And Timely Manner Is Also Important.
Organizational And Time Management Skills: The Ability To Manage A Busy Schedule And Prioritize Tasks Effectively. Field Service Representatives Often Work On Multiple Projects At Once, So Strong Time Management Skills Are Essential To Meet Deadlines And Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
