- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients' cooling and HVAC systems.
- Conduct on-site visits and inspections to assess and address issues with clients' systems.
- Utilize knowledge and experience to develop innovative solutions for clients' energy management and automation needs.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to provide updates, recommendations, and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in cooling and HVAC systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working on clients' systems.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide preventive maintenance recommendations to clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Schneider Electric, promoting our mission and values.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
- Travel to client sites as necessary to provide on-site support and service.
- Attend trainings and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to cooling and HVAC systems.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
Relevant Education And Experience: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma And 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Hvac Or Cooling Industry. Additional Training Or Certifications In Hvac Systems And Troubleshooting Would Be Preferred.
Knowledge Of Schneider Electric Products: Familiarity With Schneider Electric's Cooling And Hvac Products, Including Their Installation, Operation, And Maintenance Processes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Hvac Systems, As Well As Knowledge Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Provide High-Quality Service. The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Issues In A Professional And Timely Manner Is Also Important.
