  1. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair services on cooling and HVAC systems for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues with cooling and HVAC systems.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
  4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of service requests.
  5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cooling and HVAC technology to provide the best solutions to clients.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on client sites.
