- Lead and develop a team of Field Service Technicians to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the team in the field, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Manage the scheduling and allocation of resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services to customers.
- Monitor and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve service delivery.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and promote career growth.
- Create and maintain service reports and documentation to track team performance and provide insights for improvement.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Field Service Technicians.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Schneider Electric Products And Services.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Field Service Management In The Electrical Industry.
