  1. Lead and develop a team of Field Service Technicians to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
  2. Provide technical expertise and support to the team in the field, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  3. Manage the scheduling and allocation of resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services to customers.
  4. Monitor and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve service delivery.
  7. Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and promote career growth.
  8. Create and maintain service reports and documentation to track team performance and provide insights for improvement.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of safety and compliance within the team.
  11. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to clients and stakeholders.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and goal setting to drive the success of the field service operations.
  13. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  14. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
