- Oversee and manage a team of field service technicians to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and productivity of the field service team.
- Monitor and track service requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide necessary training and coaching.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Monitor and control expenses, including labor, travel, and equipment costs, to meet budgetary targets.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and report on key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions for process improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve service offerings.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Field Service Management Or A Related Role.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Field Service Technicians.
Extensive Knowledge Of Schneider Electric Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Service Operations, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Customer Satisfaction.
