Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to energy management and automation solutions.
Conduct on-site visits to customer locations to analyze and evaluate their needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products and services.
Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Schneider Electric's products and services.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication and resolution of technical issues.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to customers.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to customers based on their needs and requirements.
Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on the use and implementation of Schneider Electric's products and services.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
