
Facility Coordinator

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all company facilities, including office spaces, common areas, and amenities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive facility management plan to ensure the safety, functionality, and efficiency of all facilities.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all facilities, including coordinating with cleaning and maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their facility needs and develop plans to optimize the use of space and resources.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility-related services, such as cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all facility-related activities, including budgets, expenses, and work orders.
- Respond promptly to facility-related requests and issues from employees and address them in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
- Continuously evaluate and improve facility processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communicate regularly with employees to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed and provide a welcoming and functional work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility management to recommend and implement improvements.
- Train and supervise facility staff, including cleaning and maintenance personnel, to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources and IT, to support company initiatives and projects related to facilities.
- Uphold and promote company values and culture through the maintenance of a positive and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Facilities Management Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Maintenance Procedures.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills.
Proficiency In Computer Programs Such As Microsoft Office And Facilities Management Software.
