- Set up and operate fabrication machinery and equipment in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication of products.
- Perform quality checks on materials and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to continuously improve fabrication processes and techniques.
- Keep accurate records of production and materials used, and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Continuously strive for precision and accuracy in all fabrication tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and completion of tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fabrication technology to contribute to the company's growth and success.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Experience: Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Fabrication Setup And Operation, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency In Operating Fabrication Equipment Such As Cnc Machines, Bending Machines, Welding Machines, And Other Related Tools. Knowledge Of Cad/Cam Software And Blueprint Reading Is Also Required.
Attention To Detail: Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Specifications Accurately. Must Have A Strong Eye For Detail To Ensure Precision In Fabrication Processes.
Safety Consciousness: Comprehensive Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Regulations In A Manufacturing Environment. Must Adhere To Safety Guidelines And Promote A Safe Work Culture.
Teamwork: Strong Teamwork Skills To Collaborate With Other Team Members And Departments To Ensure Efficient Workflow And Timely Completion Of Fabrication Projects. Must Also Be Able To Communicate Effectively And Follow Instructions From Supervisors.
