  4. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet customer specifications.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Fabrication Operator Job At Schneider Electric Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates Basic Knowledge And Skills In Math, Reading, And Writing Which Are Essential For The Job.

  • Previous Experience In Manufacturing: Schneider Electric Prefers Candidates With At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment. This Shows Familiarity With Operating Machinery And Working With Production Processes.

  • Technical Skills: Fabrication Operators At Schneider Electric Must Possess Technical Skills Such As The Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints, Use Measuring Tools, And Operate Various Machinery. Experience With Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software Is Also A Plus.
