Schneider Electric is searching for an exceptional Expert, Technical Scrum Master to join our team. The successful candidate must possess superior project management and communication skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, Scrum Master certification, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.The Expert, Technical Scrum Master will be a key player in Schneider Electric’s transformation, leading our development teams to success and helping to create a culture of innovation and excellence. We’re looking for an individual who will take ownership of their projects, drive results, and create an environment of collaboration and respect. Responsibilites:

Lead and manage development teams in the implementation of projects.
Monitor and manage project timelines and budgets.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members.
Facilitate Scrum meetings and ensure that all team members are meeting their goals.
Develop and maintain a shared vision for the project among all stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders.
Ensure quality assurance and code review processes are followed.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other partners.
Oversee the creation of technical documents and reports.
Proactively identify and resolve potential project issues.
