  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of the ERP transformation.
  4. Establish project goals and objectives, and track progress towards achieving them.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process and system enhancements.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Manage project budget, resources, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  8. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  9. Mentor and guide team members to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP systems to continuously improve Schneider Electric's processes.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources for the project's success.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations throughout the project.
  13. Provide regular training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system.

  • Extensive Experience In Leading Large-Scale, Global Erp Transformation Projects: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Successfully Managing Large-Scale Erp Transformation Projects, Preferably On A Global Scale. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Projects On Time, Within Budget, And Meeting All Project Objectives.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Erp Systems And Processes: As A Senior Manager For Erp Transformation, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Erp Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, And Microsoft Dynamics, As Well As Their Associated Processes. They Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Erp Best Practices And Be Able To Identify Areas For Improvement And Optimization.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Erp Transformation Senior Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Project Managers, Consultants, And Other Stakeholders.
