  1. Develop and implement testing strategies and procedures for electronic products in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines.
  2. Perform thorough and accurate testing of electronic components, systems, and devices to identify any defects or issues.
  3. Analyze test data and provide detailed reports to the R&D team, highlighting any potential areas for improvement or optimization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or failures encountered during testing.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electronics testing and incorporate them into our testing processes.
  6. Monitor and maintain the testing equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionality.
  7. Participate in product design reviews to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improving product quality and reliability.
  8. Contribute to the development and improvement of testing procedures and protocols.
  9. Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the quality of electronic components used in our products.
  10. Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians in testing procedures and best practices.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the testing environment.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
  13. Represent the company at conferences and industry events to showcase our testing capabilities.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Product Management, to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met.
  15. Drive innovation and contribute to the development of new products by providing valuable insights and suggestions based on testing results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Testing Electronic Products Or Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Electronic Components, Circuits, And Systems.

  • Experience With Testing Equipment, Such As Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, And Signal Generators.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Ul, Csa, And Iec.
