Schneider Electric is looking for an Electronics Technology Standardization Engineer to join our team. We are seeking a highly driven individual with an outstanding technical background in electrical engineering and electronics technology. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong knowledge of electronics technology, including an in-depth understanding of analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and motor control. Additionally, they should have solid experience with development processes, such as design, analysis, prototyping, and testing. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple functions, including engineering, product management, and marketing. Responsibilities:

Develop standards for electronics technology that meet business objectives and customer needs.
Design, analyze, prototype, and test electrical and electronic components.
Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions, including engineering, product management, and marketing.
Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for product development.
Develop strategies for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
Provide technical support and training as needed.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
