Design and develop innovative electromechanical solutions for next-generation products.
Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends in order to improve product designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet performance, cost, and quality targets.
Utilize engineering principles and tools to create detailed designs and specifications for electromechanical components and systems.
Perform testing and troubleshooting to verify product functionality and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of design processes and results.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry standards to ensure products remain competitive in the market.
Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards throughout the design and development process.
Provide support to manufacturing and production teams to ensure efficient and effective production of products.
Continuously seek out ways to improve product designs and processes to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians.
Represent Schneider Electric and its values in a professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Autocad Or Solidworks.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Electromechanical Design And Development.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For Electrical Equipment.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills.
