Provide technical support for EcoStruxure Power solutions to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Continuously improve and update technical knowledge to stay up-to-date on EcoStruxure Power solutions.
Conduct training sessions for customers to educate them on how to effectively use and maintain the solutions.
Assist in the development and implementation of new EcoStruxure Power products and features.
Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates for existing EcoStruxure Power installations.
Document and report any technical issues or bugs to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the user experience of EcoStruxure Power solutions.
Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in sustainable energy solutions.
Provide feedback and suggestions for future product development based on customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential customers and assist with product demonstrations.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Adhere to project timelines and meet all assigned deadlines.

Job Qualifications

Technical Knowledge And Expertise In Ecostruxure Power Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Ecostruxure Power Products And Solutions, Including Power Management Systems, Energy Management, And Building Management Systems.
Experience In Electrical Engineering: A Background In Electrical Engineering Is Essential For This Role, As The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Providing Technical Support To Customers And Troubleshooting Complex Issues Related To Power Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Key Aspect Of This Role Is To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders. The Candidate Should Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients.
