Oversee the distribution operations at the Banjarmasin location to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Develop and implement distribution strategies to meet the evolving needs of customers and drive growth for the company.
Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize costs.
Lead and motivate a team of distribution personnel, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Monitor and analyze distribution metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and production, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of distribution activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in distribution to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of competitors.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of distribution staff to build a strong and capable team.

Job Qualifications

Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Distribution Or Logistics Management.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Distribution Processes, Inventory Management, And Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency In Using Distribution Software And Tools, Such As Sap Or Oracle, To Track And Manage Inventory.
