Develop and maintain the overall data strategy and architecture for the organization.
Lead the design and implementation of innovative data solutions to meet current and future business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Provide guidance and direction to technical teams on data architecture best practices and standards.
Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of current data systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Lead the integration of new data sources and technologies into the existing data ecosystem.
Communicate and present data strategy and architecture plans to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Mentor and coach team members on data architecture principles and practices.
Collaborate with other Enterprise Architects to align data architecture with overall enterprise architecture.
Monitor and track data architecture performance and make recommendations for optimization.
Drive a culture of data-driven decision making throughout the organization.
Identify and mitigate risks related to data architecture and management.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on data-related projects and initiatives.
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners related to data management.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance tools and processes.
Lead and participate in data architecture reviews and audits.
Develop and maintain documentation related to data architecture and processes.
Continuously evaluate and improve data architecture processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Enterprise Data Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Data Architectures For Large Enterprises. This Includes Experience With Data Modeling, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, Data Governance, And Data Security.
Strong Business Acumen: A Distinguished, Enterprise Architect, Data At Schneider Electric Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Business And Industry In Which The Company Operates. This Includes Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Customer Needs, And Business Processes. The Candidate Should Be Able To Translate Business Requirements Into Effective Data Architecture Solutions.
Proven Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Data Technologies Such As Relational Databases, Data Warehouses, Etl Tools, And Data Analytics Platforms. They Should Also Have Experience With Cloud-Based Data Solutions And Be Familiar With Emerging Data Technologies And Trends.
Leadership And Collaboration Skills: As A Distinguished, Enterprise Architect, Data, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Data Architects And Working Closely With Other Teams Such As It, Business Stakeholders, And Data Scientists. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Create Compelling Presentations And Reports To Effectively Communicate Data Architecture Strategies, Plans, And Recommendations To Senior Leadership.
