1. Oversee and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered within the agreed upon scope, timeline, and budget.
2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure project goals are met.
3. Lead project teams and provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
5. Identify and manage potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
7. Monitor and report on project performance, including key metrics and progress against milestones, to stakeholders and senior management.
8. Continuously improve project management processes and procedures, and implement best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Mentor and coach team members to develop their project management skills and ensure high-quality project delivery.
10. Stay updated on industry and market trends, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and new project opportunities.
