  • Develop and implement demand forecasting strategies to accurately predict customer demand for products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to inform demand planning decisions
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained for all products
  • Utilize supply chain management tools and processes to optimize production and delivery schedules
  • Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as on-time delivery and inventory turnover
  • Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Train and mentor team members on demand and supply planning processes and best practices
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform decision-making and improve processes
  • Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with suppliers and other external partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Demand And Supply Planning, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Distribution Environment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data And Forecasting Tools To Make Informed Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Principles, Including Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, And Production Planning.
