Develop and implement demand forecasting strategies to accurately predict customer demand for products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to inform demand planning decisions
Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained for all products
Utilize supply chain management tools and processes to optimize production and delivery schedules
Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions
Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as on-time delivery and inventory turnover
Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Train and mentor team members on demand and supply planning processes and best practices
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform decision-making and improve processes
Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with suppliers and other external partners.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Demand And Supply Planning, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Distribution Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data And Forecasting Tools To Make Informed Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Principles, Including Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, And Production Planning.
