Job Description

  1. Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.
  2. Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to develop models and algorithms for predictive and prescriptive analysis.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
  4. Communicate complex data insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in data science and incorporate them into daily work.
  6. Continuously monitor data quality and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
  7. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and present them to relevant stakeholders.
  8. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide data-driven insights to support various business initiatives.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on data science techniques and provide guidance and support to team members and colleagues.
  10. Drive a culture of data-driven decision making by promoting the use of data in all aspects of the organization.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper data management and security protocols are in place.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential data-related issues and suggest solutions to improve data processes and workflows.
  13. Coach and mentor junior data analysts and data scientists to develop their skills and knowledge in data analytics.
  14. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and data teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize data processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Data Science Or Related Field: A Dgm-Data Scientist At Schneider Electric Must Have A Strong Educational Background In Data Science Or A Related Field Such As Computer Science, Statistics, Or Mathematics. This Advanced Degree Is Necessary To Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Analysis Techniques And Tools.

  • Experience With Statistical Analysis And Machine Learning: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Statistical Analysis And Machine Learning Techniques. They Should Be Able To Apply These Techniques To Large Datasets To Extract Meaningful Insights And Build Predictive Models.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages And Big Data Tools: A Dgm-Data Scientist At Schneider Electric Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Sql. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Big Data Tools Such As Hadoop, Spark, And Nosql Databases.

  • Knowledge Of Energy Management And Sustainability: Schneider Electric Is A Global Leader In Energy Management And Sustainability. Therefore, A Dgm-Data Scientist Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Concepts And How They Relate To Data Analysis And Decision Making In The Company.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Dgm-Data Scientist, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
