- Oversee the entire electrical assembly process and ensure that all products are produced to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of electrical assembly technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful completion of all tasks.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the electrical assembly process.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise during the assembly process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, innovations, and best practices in electrical assembly to continuously improve processes and procedures.
