Oversee the entire electrical assembly process and ensure that all products are produced to the highest quality standards.
Lead and manage a team of electrical assembly technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful completion of all tasks.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the electrical assembly process.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise during the assembly process.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, innovations, and best practices in electrical assembly to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, standards, and protocols within the assembly department.
Maintain and update equipment and tools used in the assembly process to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide input and recommendations for budget planning and cost optimization within the electrical assembly department.
Act as a key point of contact for any technical issues related to electrical assembly, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to production.
Motivate and inspire team members to maintain high levels of performance and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members to promote professional growth and development.
Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure alignment and effective communication for successful project completion.
Act as a role model for company values, ethics, and standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Knowledge And Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Electrical Assembly Processes And Techniques, With At Least 5 Years Of Relevant Experience In A Similar Role.
Leadership Skills: As A Deputy Manager, The Candidate Must Have Excellent Leadership Abilities To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Electrical Assemblers, Ensuring High-Quality Work And Timely Completion Of Projects.
Technical Expertise: Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Electrical Components, Systems, And Safety Standards Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Troubleshoot Issues And Provide Technical Guidance To The Team.
Project Management Skills: The Candidate Must Have Experience In Managing Projects, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Resource Allocation. They Should Also Be Able To Track And Report On Project Progress And Make Necessary Adjustments To Meet Deadlines.
