  1. Develop and execute Schneider Electric's automation and MES strategies.
  2. Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in the implementation of automation and MES projects.
  3. Ensure efficiency, quality, and reliability in the company's processes through automation and MES.
  4. Drive innovation and digitalization within the organization by staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation and MES solutions that align with business objectives.
  6. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of existing automation and MES systems to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project implementation and execution.
  8. Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
  9. Train and mentor team members on new automation and MES technologies and processes.
  10. Take ownership of project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  11. Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes, procedures, and standards related to automation and MES.
  13. Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
  14. Stay informed on industry regulations and standards related to automation and MES and ensure compliance.
  15. Represent Schneider Electric at industry conferences, seminars, and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Automation And Manufacturing Execution System (Mes) Implementation And Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industrial Automation Technologies, Including Plc, Scada, And Dcs Systems.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Drive Project Success.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
