- Train and mentor junior demand planning team members.

- Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet customer demand and company goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Demand Planning, Forecasting, Or Supply Chain Management.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Trends To Make Informed Decisions.
Proficiency In Demand Planning Software And Erp Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Sales, Marketing, And Operations Teams To Develop Accurate Demand Forecasts.
