Develop and execute strategies for the development and delivery of digital services for data centers.
Lead a team of data center experts in the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored digital service offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve our digital services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Oversee the project management of digital service implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital services.
Monitor and analyze data center digital service performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Lead training and development initiatives to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional digital services.
Maintain a strong understanding of Schneider Electric's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients.

Job Qualifications

Technical Expertise: A Data Center Digital Services Leader Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Center Technologies, Including Server And Storage Hardware, Virtualization, Networking, And Software-Defined Infrastructure. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Standard Tools And Platforms Used In Data Centers.
Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, From Planning And Implementation To Monitoring And Reporting. A Qualified Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Waterfall, And Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Leadership And Team Management Experience: As A Leader Of A Team Of Data Center Professionals, A Data Center Digital Services Leader Should Have Experience In Managing, Mentoring, And Motivating Team Members To Deliver High-Quality Results. They Should Also Have The Ability To Lead By Example, Foster A Collaborative Work Environment, And Make Strategic Decisions For The Team.
Data Center Industry Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of The Data Center Industry, Including Trends, Best Practices, And Emerging Technologies, Is Essential For A Data Center Digital Services Leader. They Should Be Able To Anticipate And Adapt To Changes In The Industry And Provide Innovative Solutions To Address Customer Needs.
Customer Focus: This Role Involves Working Closely With Clients To Understand Their Business Objectives And Provide Tailored Solutions To Meet Their Specific Needs. A Data Center Digital Services Leader Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills, The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships, And A Strong Focus On Delivering Value To Customers.
