In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our cybersecurity strategies and solutions. We are looking for an individual with a strong technical background, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect Schneider Electric and its clients from cyber threats.
Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential areas of weakness in our digital infrastructure.
Create and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into new and existing systems and processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to continuously improve our defenses against cyber threats.
Conduct regular training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
Monitor and investigate any security incidents, and take necessary actions to mitigate and prevent future occurrences.
Work closely with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of any third-party systems or data.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, clients, and regulatory agencies, to provide updates on cybersecurity measures and risks.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity, Preferably In A Lead Or Managerial Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles, Protocols, And Best Practices.
Strong Understanding Of Network Security, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection And Prevention Systems, And Other Security Technologies.
Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac Are Highly Desirable.
