- Develop and maintain customer satisfaction and quality policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about product updates and changes and communicate relevant information to customers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and quality are reflected in all communications and promotions.
- Monitor and manage customer satisfaction and quality budgets and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to customer satisfaction and quality.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Quality Management Role.
Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Customer Satisfaction Metrics.
