- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve customer satisfaction and quality processes.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and coach team members on customer satisfaction and quality improvement processes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any concerns or issues.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to customer satisfaction and quality improvement.
- Lead and participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Communicate and promote a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and quality excellence within the organization.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
- Keep up-to-date with customer satisfaction and quality regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular presentations and training sessions for employees to increase awareness and understanding of customer satisfaction and quality processes.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on customer satisfaction and quality improvement initiatives.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Customer Service And Quality Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Knowledge And Experience With Continuous Improvement Methodologies Such As Six Sigma, Lean, And Kaizen.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Satisfaction Metrics And Ability To Analyze Data To Drive Improvements In Processes And Systems.
