Process invoices through the Coupa invoicing system in a timely and accurate manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies with invoices.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices.
Monitor and maintain invoice data integrity in the Coupa system.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of invoice processing.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Coupa invoicing.
Train and support team members on Coupa invoicing processes and procedures.
Communicate with vendors to resolve any invoicing issues and maintain positive relationships.
Generate reports and analyze data to track invoice processing metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements, in regards to invoice processing.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to invoices and payments.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

In-Depth Knowledge Of Coupa Invoice Processing And Management, Including System Configuration And Troubleshooting.
Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Experience In Accounts Payable Processes.
Familiarity With Schneider Electric's Procurement Policies And Procedures, Including Vendor Onboarding And Contract Compliance.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Invoice-Related Issues.
Proven Experience In Driving Process Improvements And Optimizing Coupa Invoice Workflows To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy.
