Education And Training: A Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For A Controls Specialist Position At Schneider Electric. Candidates Should Also Have Specific Training And Certifications In Control Systems, Such As Those Offered By The International Society Of Automation (Isa) Or The National Institute For Certification In Engineering Technologies (Nicet).
Experience With Control Systems: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Control Systems, Preferably In The Building Automation Or Industrial Automation Industries. Familiarity With Schneider Electric's Control Systems, Such As Ecostruxure Building, Is Highly Desirable.
Programming Skills: A Strong Foundation In Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, And Python Is Essential For A Controls Specialist Role At Schneider Electric. Candidates Should Be Able To Design And Implement Control Algorithms, Troubleshoot Code, And Integrate Different Control Systems.
