Design and implement advanced controls systems for clients.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in controls and automation systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient and sustainable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to controls systems.
Provide technical support and training to clients on controls systems.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including system design, specifications, and manuals.
Participate in project meetings and communicate progress and updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Continuously improve processes and procedures for controls system design and implementation.
Train and mentor junior team members on controls systems.
Proactively identify and propose solutions for system optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Adhere to project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Controls Systems Design, Programming And Implementation.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Nfpa 70, Nec, Ul, And Iec.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Ladder Logic, Structured Text, And Function Block.
Experience With Schneider Electric Products And Software, Such As Ecostruxure And Unity Pro, Preferred.
