  1. Manage and maintain a portfolio of contracts for Schneider Electric, ensuring all agreements are properly documented and organized.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for all contract-related inquiries and negotiations.
  3. Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  4. Collaborate with various internal teams, such as sales, legal, and finance, to ensure contract terms align with business objectives and meet customer needs.
  5. Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  7. Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements or amendments as needed.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure contracts are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Communicate contract changes, updates, and deadlines to relevant parties in a timely manner.
  10. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and resolve any issues or disputes related to contracts.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure successful and long-term partnerships.
  12. Ensure all contract-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed for easy access.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates on contract status, performance, and compliance to management.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve contract management processes and procedures for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Uphold the company's values and mission of providing innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Contract Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Contract Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Industrial Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Contract Management.

  • Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Vendors.
