We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our Consulting Services team as an Intern for the summer. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in IT consulting who is looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, global environment. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of IT systems, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone with a passion for learning and a desire to contribute to our team’s success.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field• Knowledge of IT systems and applications• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proven track record of successful problem-solving• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Flexible and willing to take on new challenges• High attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities: • Work with the Consulting Services team to identify and analyze customer needs • Develop and implement solutions to meet customer requirements • Document customer requirements and system configurations • Test systems and applications to ensure that they meet customer requirements • Provide technical support to customers and resolve customer issues • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT systems and applications • Develop and implement process and procedures to improve customer service • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction • Prepare reports and presentations as needed • Assist in research and development of new technologies and products • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
